Just use simple greeting each time and dont be scare of ur grammar mistakes. Amyza faced it couple time, but talking English doesnt not make us forget our own language. We value added ourself, and remember that.
Buy CD and listen to English radios. Good for ur pronunciation. A lot of books on tape or CD to improve ur English. Plan to listen to these as u drive ur car, or if you are at home doing household tasks and the most common publisher is Grolier. Daily exercise in Internet could help u improve English for free.
