Journalist-Nocedia remaja "CORETAN NATRA"

This time, Amyza writing some antique short stories during 1990's while i was 10 years old. It was an old stories i wrote about a girl name Natra. It based on my young imaginary

The story actually about Natra being laid back in her own world as a player just to get attention from people around her. Later after some incident occurred among her favorite guys, she realized that all her acts were wrong. Hope to get more critics on my writing. The story begins....

Semua orang tahu aku mempunyai ramai teman lelaki, pendek kata setiap hari aku bertukar-tukar pasangan. Sikap burukku tidak langsung dihiraukan oleh mereka yang telah atau bakal menjadi teman lelakiku kerana paras rupaku sungguh menarik perhatian mereka.

"Biar apapun orang nak kata tentang aku, yang pentingnya aku suka cara hidup begini," kataku dengan semangat dan harapan agar Mas lebih mendalami diriku.

" Itu aku tahu Natra, aku pun berpegang dengan prinsip aku sendiri. Tapi...takkanlah kau tak boleh berubah?,"cemoh Mas sekadar memberi nasihat.

 Aku meneroka wajah Mas yang merah seperti marah itu. Tak mampu rasanya inginku jelaskan lagi, semua penjelasanku pasti akan menimbulkan reaksi Mas menjadi lebih marah lagi. Lantas aku mendiamkan diri seribu suara. Mas menyesali perbuatanku itu lantaran soalannya tidak dijawab namun dia juga mendiamkan diri. aku kemudiannya turun dari flat, malangnya aku terjatuh.

"Aduh! Sakitnya,"rintihku tiba-tiba didengari seorang pemuda segak sekali iaitu Roy. 

"Hai, mata tu letak mana?" soal Roy seolah-olah menyindir.

Marah juga aku ketika itu, maklumlah aku ni "anti-sindir". Mukaku bertambah masam, Roy cuba meredakan aku, tetapi gagal. Roy mencuba lagi, aku hampir-hampir ingin mengalah, walaupun begitu aku harus teruskan kedegilanku yang tersemadi dalam diriku sejak 19 tahun lamanya.

" Sudah la tui Natra sayang"Roy terus mencuba.

"Yalah aku tak marah lagi!, " pekikku keras sehingga Roy berdebar.

Lekas-lekas aku berlari ke pasar berhampiran flat, tetapi bukan keseorangan lantaran Roy mengikut aku dengan kereta proton saganya. Kedinginan angin bayu meniup sayup-sayup pada pagi ahad itu membuatkan aku merasakan Roy masih memerlukan cinta dariku kerana tempoh hari kami bergaduh kerana Roy melihat aku keluar bersama Wan, seorang lelaki yang juga menyukai aku. Kecemburuan Roy mengubah perasaanku terhadapnya. kalau dulu aku ada rasa sayang padanya, kini aku sedikit meluat. Aku rimas hidupku dikawal itu dan ini. Pernah satu ketika Roy mengatakan aku sepatutnya menjadi kekasihnya bukannya Wan atau orang lain. Aku bingung.

Sampai saja di pasar, Roy keluar dari keretanya seraya menarik aku.

" Roy..takkanlah di sini pun kita nak disscuss?,"soal aku tanda enggan didekati Roy.Roy menggenggami tanganku dengan erat sekali sehingga membuatkan aku berasa Roy tidak mahu aku meninggalkannya.

" Natra, aku tak mahu kehilangan kau sayang," ujar Roy secara tiba-tiba.

" Lepas ni kita cakap ye," jelasku bagi meredakan ketagihan Roy itu, lantas Roy melepaskan tanganku.

Question 5 on interviews

" What your teaching philoshapy?"

Stick on what your're believing while having class and facing your future students. The main thing to make it update enhane with the organization/school objective. Honest and sincere on what you thinking on handling classes.

Eg: I always bear in my mind to relate theories learned in class with reality out there as my future students will facing reality when after they graduating. Well equipped the students with knowledge as well as make sure they understand the consequences out there which can make someone be stronger and even failure.

The piotential to related both teories and reality based on stories happening around globe, i believed my future students would be ready to cope with various circumstances as the learning not just in term of education but also building up character.

Questions 4 on the interviews

Amyza gone thru a lot of different questions and answers during job interviews,but today Amyza found something which i felt important as a junior educator.

"Why Did You Decide To Become a Teacher?"

No right or wrong but answer it honestly and dont make up story, and feel free to share how you are pssionate to be a teacher.

example:
My science teacher change my perception on studies, he was a real inspiration to me, and one of reason I persued a teaching career. His ability to guide students, humor, and sense of justice made me aspire to bring these things to my own classroom

I'm sure you have your own reason...share it!!

Questions 3 on the interviews

Getting dizzy of searching what will be asked during interviews? how about "What were your expectations for the previos job and what your opinions of the outcome?"


Guys..never get nervous, here some tips to be followed:
1) Disscus on what you expected when you took the job and give examples of how the position worked out for you. Make sure show the positive things more rather than focus on negative only

2) Please story on the job itself not the company, boss or event your colleagues

3) Be specific on the answer of course give examples
Answer Example: I was active in Extra Curriculur activities during sports day and it was a wonderful experiences when i get to know most of the student in the school. Management assigned me as senior 3 coordinator teacher to maintains student's dicipline. From there i able to enhance my potential controlling the students which very important during class

ORIENTATION FOR NEW COMERS




Training Administration

Selected employees will be invovled in the particular orientation. Some info will be presented to the new comers such as:
• Location.

• Facilities.

• Accessibility.

• Comfort.

• Equipment.

• Timing.


Below is an effective training program administrator's steps :

• Define the organizational objectives.

• Determine the needs of the training program.

• Define training goals.

• Develop training methods.

• Decide whom to train.

• Decide who should do the training.

• Administer the training.

• Evaluate the training program.

Steps are useful to make sure new employees keep on the organizational track and enjoy the working environment.

Evaluation of Training

Training should be evaluated several times during the process. Determine these milestones when you develop the training. Employees should be evaluated by comparing their newly acquired skills with the skills defined by the goals of the training program. Any discrepancies should be noted and adjustments made to the training program to enable it to meet specified goals.
