MODERN METHOD VS CONVENTIONAL METHOD

This is life long learning (thisis3l) discussing on various training topics that enhance with transformation of better human capital for the nation. As for its 1st moves, thisis3l will focus on latest management training for graduates as the number unemployed being rose highly lately. DO YOU KNOW, TRAINEES PICKED ON JOB TRAINING AND COACHING AS THE MOST FREQUENT USE, EFFECTIVE AND RELATED TO OBJECTIVES?

Suprisingly, most trainees voted for combination of methods training  (modern and conventional) OJT and coaching!!. Differ with overseas trend in UK for eg. they love to self learning, but our Malaysian need people to guide in doing tasks. Maybe our trainees not independent enough to do they own, or they need more time before deeply understand the actual tasks.
